Products
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. All products come with CNAS-accredited lab reports covering ΔLw, fire rating (B1), formaldehyde and tensile strength. Reports are available upon request.
What thickness options are available?
Our floating floor underlays range from 3mm to 20mm, with ΔLw from 10 dB to 28 dB.
What products do you offer?
Floating floor acoustic underlays (rubber granule, PU-blended) and mass-loaded vinyl damping sheets for walls and ceilings.
Order
What is the minimum order quantity?
200 m². Samples are available for quality evaluation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample rolls are available. Contact us to arrange.
Can you customize products?
Yes. Custom thickness, density, fire rating, color and surface finish. OEM/ODM welcome.
Shipping
How long is the lead time?
200–500 m²: 5–7 days. 500–1000 m²: 7–10 days. Over 1000 m²: 15–20 days.
What trade terms do you accept?
EXW, FOB and CIF are all available.
How are products packed?
Rolls wrapped in waterproof film, on standard export pallets.
Which port do you ship from?
Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
